We offer free delivery across mainland UK on all customised orders over £30 (ex. VAT). For smaller orders, delivery options are available to suit your timeline and budget.
Our standard dispatch time is five working days. During busier periods, it may take a little longer.
If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know, we’ll always do our best to make it happen.
For guaranteed faster turnaround, select Express Dispatch at the checkout.
We can deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man.
Please allow an extra day or two for delivery to these areas.
At the moment, we don’t ship outside the UK directly. If you’re ordering from overseas, just get in touch with our friendly team and we’ll be happy to help process your order manually and arrange the best delivery option for you.
Prefer to collect in person?
You can choose collection from our warehouse during checkout.
We’ll email you as soon as your order is ready — and collection is completely free.
If you’re not in when the courier arrives, they’ll usually try again the next working day or leave a card with contact details to rearrange delivery.
If the parcel is returned to us, we can resend it - a redelivery charge may apply.
