Embroidery

Our embroidery service adds a professional, long-lasting finish to your workwear, uniforms, and branded clothing. Perfect for businesses, teams, and events, it’s an easy way to give your garments a polished, professional look.

1

Embroidery Made Easy

Embroidery brings your design to life with precision stitching for a high quality, lasting finish.

Simply provide your artwork or text when placing your order and our design team will prepare it for embroidery. You will receive a proof for approval before our skilled team begins creating your embroidered clothing.

2

Why Choose Embroidery?

Custom embroidery offers a range of benefits. It gives your clothing a professional finish, lasts wash after wash, and allows full colour designs at no extra cost.

It is the perfect choice for polo shirts, jackets, aprons, caps, and business shirts when you want a smart and lasting look.

3

Advantages

Embroidery delivers a high-quality finish that projects a premium image.

  • Long lasting, resistant to daily wear
  • Premium, professional look
  • Will not fade, crack, or peel
4

Disadvantages

While excellent for bold logos and text, embroidery is not ideal for intricate designs.

  • Not as detailed as print customisation
  • Limited colours per application
  • Unsuitable for water-resistant items

Thin Garment Embroidery

To maintain our high quality standards, we do not offer embroidery on garments under 175gsm. Lighter fabrics are too thin to hold the stitching properly and can cause the material to pucker, which affects the finish of your logo.

Print workwear and T-shirt customisation printing
1

DTF printing

Your design is prepared for our DTF printers, which use a specialist film to capture every detail. First, the design is printed in white, then the colours are added on top. Finally, it is heat pressed onto the t shirt after a binding powder is applied, creating a vibrant and long lasting finish.

DTF is suitable for a wide range of fabrics, including cotton, polyester, and blends – making it a great option for workwear.

Vinyl Transfer

Our artwork team first prepares your design using specialist software, adding an outline for the process. The design is then cut from a sheet of vinyl and any excess is carefully removed. Finally, it is placed on transfer tape and heat pressed onto your t shirt for a crisp, lasting finish.

Vinyl transfer is ideal for simple designs with a small number of colours – typically 1-2. It works especially well for relatively low-quantity orders.
